You will need your jotters today for doing paired tasks.

TASK = Working in pairs, (or finish individually for homework- see below) write a short paragraph on what you and your partner think makes a “good sports-person.” Think about your conduct and behaviour when you are participating in an activity. (p.31 of your PE textbook will offer further help). Remember to leave both your names.

You can make a good sports person by being nice to the people you are playing or the people you are playing with. And you are a good sports person by be shaking the the persons hand after the game.

a good sports-person is someone who is friendly, doesnt swear, acts nicely to the opponent/s and shows good sportsman-ship by not taking a rager!!!

dominic and alison believe that being atheltic, being able to co operate with others and trying your best at every activity given makes a good sports person. manners and good sportsman ship is also a plus.

You can make a good sports person by like shaking hands after matches, no swearing in a game, no dirty tackles in a match.You need to follow the rules and teams that are not bad losers have good sportsmanship.

A good sports person would be an individual who plays the activity to the rules, both formal and unofficial (unwritten). They would accept all the decisions made by the referee or official and show respect to their other team mates or opponents. A good sports person would always play to the best of their ability and accept the game whether they win, lose or draw.
