An individul activity – Attacking: In boxing a fighter may not throw as many punches so he will not get tired out as quickly.
Defensive: In bowls a player might not try and get closer to the white ball but block an opponents shot from getting close.
A team activity- Attacking: In rugby a few players can follow a teamate with the ball and when he is about to be tackled he can go down with the ball, present it to his teamates and his teamates will create a ruck to try and win the ball.
Defending: When the opposing team is taking a kick off in rugby, your team may try and get the ball early so that the opposing team dont have as much chance of getting the ball and then kep passing untill you have ball further upfield.
