I apologise for being out of school (again).
Firstly the following people failed to hand in Homework sheet 4, and have been issued with a “no homework” failure to hand this in by FRIDAY will result in a second no homework and a punishment exercise. (Martin, Scott, Kieren, Nicole, Tom, Gaynor, Shaun, Edward, Dylan, Mo). There was one homework handed in with no name.
Your work for this afternoon is as follows.
Task 1: For the above athlete describe 2 aspects of fitness that are important for him. Explain why he needs this area of fitness and exactly how his performance will benefit if he improves these areas.
Task 2: Research if you need. Describe 3 benefits of regular exercise for your heart.
