1) Two Muscles that are required to work continuously in basketball are the quadriceps and the hamstrings.
2) Good muscular endurance is important in these muscles because you require good muscle tone in major muscle groups for an effective performance.
3) If they had poor muscular endurance their performance would be ineffective and they would mostly likely lose the match.

good muscular endurance is important in these muscles because they would get sore and fatigued. it would be more difficult to run about court at a fast speed.
if they had poor muscular endurance your performance would be slow and almost effortless. you would not be able to move as fast as other players or jump as high as them.

1. Your legs and your shoulders are muscles are required to work continuously in basketball.
2. Good muscular endurance is important in these muscles because you need these muscles for the majority of the match and if you have good muscular endurance this will allow you to use them for a very long time.
3. Poor muscular endurance leads to fatigue and your muscles feel tired and heavy.
