In our practical class this week (Monday 14th January) we will be looking at REACTION TIME, which is a skill-related fitness.  Its definition is the time taken between the recognition of a signal and the start of a movement. In basketball you require a fast reaction time when marking an attacker, and to move across the court.

Can you name and describe another skill related fitness that is required for basketball?
