rest, Warm ups and warm down is required to ensure that you do not over train your body
if you stop training your fartlige leval will go up and you will become tierd

warm up and cooldown after evry activaty so you do not pull a muscle.if you stop traning you will lack exercise and get tired and be puffed out very easily
