bonus points, homework 12 Comments »We have now moved on to the new topic of EVALUATING in PE.
Evaluating has 2 parts
- Describing a perfromance – which means stating what you see.
- Analysing a performance – which means studying the action closely to identify its good and bad points.
Leave a reply to this post – describe a shot in badminton, giving a clear detailed desciption of how you perform the action. For example you could describe a high serve, or an overhead clear or a smash. Think about the following when describing the performance.
- Body- Parts being used and the direction they move.
- Order – In what order do these parts move.
- Shape – what shape are the parts moved through (bent, straight, curled).
- Speed – At what speed do the movements take place.
