Please note change of activities to PE classes -
- Monday will be Gymnastics - boys gym, floor work.
- Tuesday will be Gymnastics – girls gym, apparatus.
Your task today is, with your partner, begin to design a floor routine that you will start to perform in Monday’s class. Your routine should include the following
- Balances.
- Rotation.
- Flight.
- Change of direction.
- Inversion.

To start off begin with a cartwheel into a backward roll. Then on person stands performs a back bend and the other does a diving roll over them. Then do a pyramid and to finish off wih a bow to the audience .

Our floor routine will begin with a simple backward roll into a straddle position. Then into a one handed backbend which includes a 3 body part balance. After that a cartwheel into a 360 spin. Finish with a headstand or a handstand supported by the partner!

Balances = stand on 1 leg , shoulder stand
Rotation = 360 degree spineroo
Flight = jump , trampet
Change of direction = 180 degree rotation
Inversion = wots that ???
